Master and Shared Bathroom Cabinets — Flip 1

Master and Shared Bathroom Cabinets

Cabinets, cabinets, cabinets!  I love the difference cabinets make!  What once was vast open space is now filled with function and design!  The cabinet maker who made the kitchen cabinets also made the cabinets for the Master Bath and the Shared Bath.  I really wanted the house to flow and function as one so I went with the same style and design in both the Master and Shared Baths.  They have clean lines and go well with both styles of bathroom tile.  The Master Bath has such gorgeous marble that the cabinets didn’t need to compete against the beautiful marble.  Check out the Master bath here if you missed it earlier.   The Shared bath has beautiful porcelain wood look tile in a neutral palette that will compliment the simple Shaker style cabinets.  Now let’s take a look at some pictures so I can show you how the cabinets make the spaces come together.

The Shared Bath cabinets are beautiful!  Custom cabinetry makes such a huge difference!  It’s probably a little difficult to imagine them finished because they aren’t painted or don’t have tops on them but trust me, they are beautiful!  I designed both of these bathrooms with double sinks and two 3 stacks of drawers.  Drawers are so important!!  We lived in a rental while we were building our house and the bathroom was big.  It had double vanities but one small drawer.  ONE DRAWER in the entire bathroom!  I almost went crazy!

Here is a view from the back bedroom into the Shared Bath.

And now for a look at the Master Bath cabinets.  They have the exact same layout but the width is a little longer.

I took this picture from the shower area.  Look how huge this bathroom looks.  It looks this way because it is HUGE!!!  Yay for taking the old Master Bedroom and making it into the Master Bathroom!  Now we have a true Master Suite.

Up next is the special vanity I selected for the Hall Bath.  Thanks for stopping by and as always, I would love shares, pins and comments!
